All bookings made with us are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a deposit as specified during the booking process. The full payment is required before the commencement of the activities. Cancellations made within the stipulated period, as outlined at the time of booking, may be eligible for partial refunds; however, cancellations made beyond this period will not be refunded. Participants are required to adhere to safety instructions provided by our guides and instructors at all times. Gulmarg Ski Himalaya will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during activities, as participation in adventure sports carries inherent risks. All equipment rented from us must be returned in the condition it was provided, and any damages or loss will incur additional charges. We reserve the right to modify or cancel services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree to abide by them. For any disputes, the jurisdiction will be limited to the applicable courts in Jammu and Kashmir.
