At Gulmarg Ski Himalaya, we strive to provide the best experience for our clients, but we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness. Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable processing fees. Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to the scheduled date will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations made less than 7 days prior are non-refundable. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational disruptions, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel activities. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request. Please note that no refunds will be provided for no-shows or partial participation in booked activities. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
